Carol just got back from the American Society of Safety Engineers’ Professional Development Conference, held in San Antonio. Jordan Barab, the Acting Assistant Secretary of Labor for OSHA spoke in a question and answer format. It sounds like we will be seeing more enforcement and higher fines in the future.
